Ryan L. Scher is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation and Intellectual Property Practices. Attorneys in the Intellectual Property Practice offer a full range of counseling, prosecution, licensing, and litigation services to U.S. and foreign enterprises in a variety of industries. We counsel clients on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection issues, as well as matters arising from franchising, advertising, the Internet and eCommerce, outsourcing, and managed services.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Scher was an associate at a boutique patent litigation firm.

Ms. Scher received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2006 and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Southern California in 2003.

Ms. Scher is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
