Kristine H. O'Connor

Director of Administration

Kristine H. O'Connor is director of administration for Morgan Lewis's Princeton office. Ms. O'Connor is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management, including financials, nonlegal staff, space and facilities, and communication with firm management. Ms. O'Connor is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years' experience in law firm management.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. O'Connor was a legal administrator for a prominent global law firm. In the role as a legal administrator, she assumed responsibility for the general management of office operations, while also serving on the firm's technology committee. Ms. O'Connor then moved into the role of global client programs manager, where she worked with the firm's practice chairs and marketing managers to develop global programs for clients.

Ms. O'Connor received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990 and her B.A. in political science from Wheaton College in 1987. She is a certified legal manager designated by the Association of Legal Administrators.
