Mary Ann K. Huntington

Senior Counsel

Mary Ann K. Huntington is senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. Ms. Huntington represents electric utilities, power marketers, and other electric industry participants before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on a variety of matters under the Federal Power Act, the Public Utility Holding Company Act, and the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act.

Ms. Huntington has also represented electric utilities, power marketers, and generating companies in the areas of market pricing, transmission access, and industry restructuring. She has advised electric utilities on asset transfers, mergers and acquisitions, competition issues, corporate reorganizations, codes of conduct, and affiliate transactions. Ms. Huntington has also represented power pools and has been involved in the formation of regional transmission organizations.

Ms. Huntington received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990 and her A.B. from Georgetown University in 1986.

Ms. Huntington is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
