David B. Zelikoff is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Zelikoff is experienced in all facets of employee benefits and executive compensation, including qualified plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and arrangements, equity compensation plans, employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, senior management representations in private equity buyouts, employment matters, securities issues relating to employee benefits and executive compensation, executive compensation issues for REITs, and welfare plans.
Mr. Zelikoff is also actively involved in pension investments, including hedge funds and private equity funds for large single employer plans.
Mr. Zelikoff earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 1997, where he was notes editor for the George Washington University Law Review. He earned his B.A. in economics from The College of New Jersey in 1994.
