J. Taylor Browning

J. Taylor Browning is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Browning's practice focuses on corporate and securities laws. Specifically, he specializes in private venture financings, including both debt and equity offerings, as well as venture capital fund formation and mergers and acquisitions. His general corporate representation primarily involves entrepreneurial, start-up, and emerging growth technology companies. 

Mr. Browning earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1996. While in law school, he served as an extern to Judge John T. Noonan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1993. 

Mr. Browning is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
