Natalie Kingston is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and is a member of the Global Outsourcing Group. Natalie handles a wide range of regulatory matters, commercial agreements, and transactions for clients in the life sciences sector. In addition to acting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, technology and medical device companies, she also has particular experience advising in relation to foods and cosmetics.
Additionally, Natalie's practice includes outsourcing and general commercial / corporate matters including joint ventures, licensing and other complex collaborations, intellectual property and technology agreements. Recently, she was part of deal teams that completed a global finance, accounting and human resource transaction for a leading global food company; a global logistics and facilities outsourcing transaction for one of the world’s leading toymakers; and a groundbreaking global multi-tower business process outsourcing transaction for a leading pharmaceutical company.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Natalie qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2004 and in Australia in 2002. Natalie moved to England in 2001, where she worked with another prominent English law firm in its regulatory department advising in relation to pharmaceutical and medical device matters.
Natalie earned her LLB and her BA in French and journalism from the University of Queensland, Australia in 2000.
Natalie is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
