Annie C. Wells is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Wells was an associate at the New York office of an international law firm. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk to Judge Robert E. Gerber of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Wells received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2003, where she was associate editor for Fordham International Law Journal. She received her B.S., magna cum laude, from New York University Stern School of Business in 1998. Ms. Wells is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Ms. Wells is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
