Ralph J. Moore, Jr. is a counsel in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Moore has represented railroad management in labor relations matters for many years, including litigation, arbitrations and administrative proceedings. He has been lead counsel for the freight railroad industry in all presidential emergency board proceedings under Section 10 of the Railway Labor Act since 1990. He is a former management co-chair of the Railway and Airline Labor Law Committee of the ABA Section on Labor and Employment Law.
Mr. Moore is a former law clerk to Chief Justice Earl Warren. He also has lectured extensively on Railway Labor Act, estate planning and disability subjects.
Mr. Moore is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and California.
