Charles C. Jewell

Charles C. Jewell is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Jewell currently represents privately and publicly held companies regarding a range of business matters, including general business law, securities law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Jewell served as an assistant researcher, focusing on international law for Norman Baker MP in the House of Commons, London. He also served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Joseph P. Quinn of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Mr. Jewell received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his M.B.A. in finance from Villanova University in 2003. He received his B.A. in history from Wake Forest University in 2000. While attending Wake Forest, he was awarded the prestigious Pro Humanitate Award for his outstanding contributions to the university.

Mr. Jewell is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
