Craig E. Barrere is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the Tax Practice. Mr. Barrere focuses his practice on international tax planning for both the outbound operations of U.S. multinationals and the inbound operations of foreign multinationals.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Barrere was an international tax associate in an accounting firm in Mountain View, California.

Mr. Barrere received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006; his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005; and his B.A., with distinction, from the University of California, Berkeley in 2001.

Mr. Barrere is admitted to practice in California.
