Rudy Fink is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property and Litigation Practices. Mr. Fink concentrates his practice on intellectual property litigation. His patent litigation work is primarily focused on matters involving computer software, Internet technologies, and wireless communications. He has a well-developed background in identifying patents to assert, identifying prior art, industry standards, and source code review.
Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Fink worked for several years in intellectual property litigation as a Technical Advisor in patent suits involving computer security, Internet protocols, web browsers, catheters, software compilers, flash and DRAM memory, and programming languages.
Mr. Fink earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012. He earned his B.S. in computer science, with a focus in networking and security, from Rice University in 2002.Mr. Fink is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.
