Sara H. Furman is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Ms. Furman earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007, where she was a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in sociology and English & American literature from Brandeis University in 2004.

Ms. Furman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
