Jarrod Huffman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Huffman's practice focuses on tax, fund formation, and tax controversy work.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Huffman practiced at a large New York law firm, where he focused on cash and synthetic Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO) transactions.
Mr. Huffman received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006; his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2005; his M.A. in economics, with an emphasis in business economics, from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002; and his B.A., with honors, in business economics, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2001.
Mr. Huffman is admitted to practice in California and New York.
