Joseph A. Nuccio is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Nuccio represents employers in a broad array of labor and employment law matters before federal and state trial courts and administrative agencies. He counsels employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including investigation of harassment and discrimination claims, employee disciplinary issues, termination decisions, preparation and revision of employee policies and handbooks, and negotiation of separation agreements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Nuccio was an associate in the labor and employment group of a large national firm in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Nuccio earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2004 and his B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from Harvard University in 2000.
Mr. Nuccio is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
