Steven K. Ganotis is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Ganotis represents management in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation involving issues of wrongful termination; employment discrimination; sexual harassment; wage and hour class action litigation; and employment counseling.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Ganotis was an associate in the labor and employment practice of a midsized West Coast law firm, where he represented management before California state and federal courts and other various state administrative agencies.
Mr. Ganotis received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2004. He received his B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1999.
Mr. Ganotis is admitted to practice in California and before the Supreme Court of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
