Erika B. Smith

Director of Administration

Erika B. Smith is director of administration for Morgan Lewis's San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. She is responsible for the office and firm management on administrative and financial matters, including business planning and strategic analysis, financial analysis and managment, budget preparation, expense control, local office accounting, lease administration, construction and space modification, security standards and procedures, and compliance with firm policies and procedures. Ms. Smith also oversees the administrative managers responsible for the areas of human resources, information technology, billing, records, library, facilities, and office services.

Ms. Smith received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1991 and her A.B. from Harvard University in 1986.
