Shana R. Cappell is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Ms. Cappell earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2002. While attending law school, Ms. Cappell served as articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems, and she was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. In 1999, Ms. Cappell earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in history and English literature from Barnard College, Columbia University. Ms. Cappell is proficient in the Hebrew language and has a working knowledge of French language.
Ms. Cappell is admitted to practice in New York and Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
