Daniel E. Orr is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Orr's practice focuses on a broad range of state and federal complex commercial and civil litigation matters, with emphases in class actions, healthcare litigation, and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Orr served on the staff of U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan and served as an Annenberg Fellow at the U.S. Department of Commerce - NTIA.
Mr. Orr's legal scholarship has been cited by, among others, Harvard Law Review, Cornell Law Review, the Federal Communications Law Journal, and the National Academies of Science.
