Daniel P. Bordoni is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Bordoni's practice encompasses a wide range of labor and employment law matters, with particular emphasis on labor law matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act. His practice includes litigation, counseling, advice, and representation in collective bargaining matters.

Mr. Bordoni has represented clients in labor law matters in federal court, in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, and in labor arbitration proceedings. He also has represented and advised clients in collective bargaining matters on the single- and multiemployer levels in a variety of industries. He has served as a member of the national negotiating team for the National Master Freight Agreement, and he has been involved in a number of other negotiations in the transportation, maritime, manufacturing, and child care industries.

Mr. Bordoni has advised clients about the labor law and labor relations aspects of mergers, acquisitions, plant closings, relocations, and other business transactions, including matters involving the WARN Act. Mr. Bordoni also has advised clients extensively concerning employer and union reporting requirements under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act.

Mr. Bordoni is a contributing author of the ABA Annual Report of the Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Section.

Mr. Bordoni earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Bordoni served as an articles editor on the Boston College Law Review and worked as an intern at the National Labor Relations Board regional office in Boston. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Hamilton College in 2001.

Mr. Bordoni is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
