Aménis Bererhi is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Bererhi lectured as an ATER (Attachée temporaire à l’enseignement et la recherche) on conflict of laws arbitration, civil law, and business law at the Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Université de Paris V, Université Paris Descartes. She completed her traineeship in the Paris office of an international law firm.

Ms. Bererhi earned her Certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat (C.A.P.A.) from the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris in 2002; her D.E.A., with honors, in international trade law, with a concentration in conflict of laws and arbitration, from the Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2001; her D.E.S.S., with honors, in business law from the Université de Paris V, Université Paris Descartes in 2001; and her Maîtrise, with honors, in business and international law from the Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2000. Ms. Bererhi is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Arabic, and German.

Ms. Bererhi currently teaches civil law at the Université de Paris V, Université Paris Descartes.

Ms. Bererhi is admitted to practice in Paris.
