Anabela de Oliveira is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Ms. de Oliveira received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2006, where she won the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award magna cum laude level. She received her A.B. in international relations from Brown University in 2003, where she received a Brown University National Scholarship. Ms. de Oliveira is fluent in Portuguese and English.
