Ronald B. Moskovitz, a veteran business lawyer who has spent 35 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, is a counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice.

Mr. Moskovitz is one of California's leading practitioners in venture capital fund formation, having represented some of the region's best-known venture capital partnerships. In addition, his practice has emphasized mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance.

Formerly a long-time partner in one of San Francisco's most venerable and important law firms where he headed both the Corporate/Financial Services Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, Mr. Moskovitz has served on the Corporations and the Professional Conduct Committees of the State Bar of California and in the Business Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He also is a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Moskovitz has spoken in public forums on California corporations law sponsored by the Legal Education Institute and on disclosure law for investor relations and financial executives sponsored by PR Newswire.

Mr. Moskovitz received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1968, and his B.A., cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College in 1965.
