Wei Ji

Associate

Wei "Genie" Ji is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Ms. Ji received her LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2007 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2006, where she graduated first in her class and served as a senior note and comment editor for the Loyola Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Ji worked full time as an information technology manager for a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Ji received her M.B.A. from the University of Dubuque in 1999 and her B.A., with honors, in information science from Nanjing University in 1992.

Ms. Ji is admitted to practice in New York and California.
