Beth L. Jeffries

Director of Administration

Beth L. Jeffries is director of administration for Morgan Lewis's Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Jeffries is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management, including financial management, nonlegal staff management, space and facilities management, and communication with firm management. She also oversees the administrative managers responsible for the areas of human resources, information technology, billing, records, library, facilities, and office services.

Ms. Jeffries joined Morgan Lewis in 2004 as director of human resources for the Washington, D.C. offices. She has more than 18 years of professional experience in law firm administration with an emphasis on human resources, including compensation and benefits, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and personnel development.

Ms. Jeffries received her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland in 2003 and her B.S. in organizational management from Columbia Union College in 1988.
