Anubhav Gogna is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Gogna focuses his practice on all aspects of employee benefits, including qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements.
Mr. Gogna received his LL.M. in taxation and his Employee Benefits Certificate with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center in 2008, where he was part of the Graduate Tax Scholars Fellowship program and a student note mentor for The Tax Lawyer. Mr. Gogna received his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2006 and his B.A. from New York University in 2001.
Mr. Gogna is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
