Sarah J. Grimm

Sarah J. Grimm is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Grimm worked in the Office of University Counsel at Pace University as a participant in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program.

Ms. Grimm received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2009, where she served as a primary notes and comments editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Grimm received her B.A., cum laude, in history from Vanderbilt University in 2006.

Ms. Grimm is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
