Matthew A. Levitsky is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Tax Practice. The attorneys in our Tax Practice aim to develop and implement tax-efficient structuring to satisfy client objectives. An integral part of the greater Business and Finance Practice, with lawyers in the United States and Europe, our Tax Practice plays a key role in the federal, state, local, and international taxation aspects of the firm’s corporate transactions. Mr. Levitsky focuses his practice on tax planning for matters involving a broad range of corporate, partnership, international, and tax-exempt issues.

Mr. Levitsky is currently pursuing his LL.M. in taxation at New York University School of Law, where he served as graduate editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Liberty. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2007, where he received the Pro Bono Award. Mr. Levitsky received his M.B.A., with highest honors, from Rutgers University School of Business, Camden in 2007 and his B.S. in finance from Villanova University in 2003.

Mr. Levitsky is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
