Simon White is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Global Outsourcing Practice. Simon focuses on complex technology transactions and strategic relationships in highly regulated markets, with a focus on the financial services and telecommunications sectors. He has worked for both users and providers on a range of IT and business process outsourcing transactions.

Simon also works on the creation of mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) across the globe and on other innovative strategic transactions within the telecommunication sector, including digital media content and IPTV deals.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Simon worked for major international law firms in both London and Amsterdam.

Simon earned his MSt from the University of Oxford, St Cross College in 1998 and his BA from the University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College in 1997.

Simon is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
