Natalie A. Ward is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Ward's practice involves all aspects of acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademark clearance and prosecution, trademark and copyright counseling, portfolio management, domain name disputes, and transactional documentation, including licensing and other agreements. She has also worked extensively on international rebranding matters, IP-related aspects of corporate transactions, and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Ward was an associate at a law firm in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Ward received her J.D., cum laude, from Howard University School of Law in 2005, where, among other leadership positions, she served as solicitations and submissions editor for the Howard Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a registered nurse. Ms. Ward received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with honors, from the University of Florida in 2001.

In the Washington metro community, Ms. Ward serves as a guardian ad litem, manages IP matters for several nonprofits, and has worked on multiple adoption matters pro bono. She also serves as a board member for 3000 Nights, a children's literacy nonprofit, and as legal counsel to the Montgomery County Delta Alumnae Foundation.

Ms. Ward is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Florida.
