Renee P. Lewis is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice, and she is a member of the Morgan Lewis ESOP Team. She counsels financial institutions, companies, and trustees in the structuring, negotiating, and documentation of ESOP transactions, including leveraged buyouts, equity repurchases and corporate reorganizations. She also counsels lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting the terms and conditions of secured transactions, and she counsels companies in structuring, negotiating, and documenting mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Lewis earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1997, and her B.S. from DePaul University in 1992.
Ms. Lewis is admitted to practice in Illinois.
