Sarah Pontoski is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Pontoski represents employers in both complex and single-plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases (including gender, race, age and disability discrimination and harassment), administrative agency complaints filed with state and federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commision and the Pennsylvania Human Rights Commistion, employee benefits litigation and FLSA collective actions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Pontoski was an associate at a leading litigation firm. There, she practiced general litigation and concentrated her practice on civil rights litigation, employment law, and copyright and trademark litigation.
Ms. Pontoski earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003 and her B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, in psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 2000.
Ms. Pontoski is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
