Benjamin R. Wills is an associate in the Business and Finance Practice and a member of the Business Transactions group. Mr. Wills focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity offerings, credit transactions, corporate governance issues and general representation of public and emerging growth clients.

Mr. Wills represents clients in a variety of fields, including the energy, telecommunications, technology, banking, manufacturing and electric and water utility industries.

Mr. Wills earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2001, where he was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He received his B.A., with high honors, in international studies from Emory University in 1997.

Mr. Wills is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
