Bryan L. Clark is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. Mr. Clark’s practice focuses on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) matters, including FERC investigations, litigation, and related appeals before various United States Courts of Appeals.
Mr. Clark has represented natural gas and power marketers, independent power producers, electric utilities, regulated oil pipelines, LNG terminal developers, and major producers in a broad range of FERC matters, including certificate proceedings; rates and services of major interstate natural gas pipelines; investigations; regulatory advice in conjunction with sales and acquisitions; and appellate litigation involving various FERC orders.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Clark was an attorney-advisor with the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He also has served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Texas.
Mr. Clark earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1999 and his B.A. in economics from Vanderbilt University in 1996.
Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Texas.
