Elizabeth A. Frohlich is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Frohlich's practice focuses on the representation of securities brokerage firms and financial services companies in state and federal courts and in arbitration. She has experience in a wide array of commercial litigation matters, including disputes alleging violations of federal and state securities laws, business torts, unfair business practice claims, insurance recovery, contract disputes, antitrust violations, consumer class actions, patent infringement, tax law violations, trade secret misappropriation, and professional and products liability.
Ms. Frohlich earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1996, where she was the editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. She earned her B.A. in business administration, with an emphasis in finance, from the University of Puget Sound in 1991. She attended college on a piano scholarship and completed honors programs in the classics and in business leadership. She was one of the initial volunteers involved with organizing the Mark Bingham Leadership Fund. She is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
