Kourosh Q. Pirouz is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Pirouz spent two years as an associate at a prominent Philadelphia law firm.

Mr. Pirouz earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2005, where he was an editor for the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law. He earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999.

Mr. Pirouz is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
