James C. Carroll

Associate

James C. Carroll is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability. Mr. Carroll focuses his practice on the representation of companies and individuals in complex civil litigation matters.

Mr. Carroll earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, where he served as a senior editor for the Journal of International Economic Law and was a James Wilson Fellow for law and technology. Mr. Carroll earned his B.S.E. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1998.

Mr. Carroll is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
