Joseph F. McDonald is senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Tax Practice. Mr. McDonald’s practice focuses on a variety of tax matters, including the taxation of financial products, tax issues arising in international business transactions, captive and offshore insurance tax planning and state and local tax issues.
Before joining Morgan Lewis in 1994, Mr. McDonald was a partner at the New York firm of Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith.
