Amy B. Pinske is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Pinske's practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She has represented clients in state and federal court, as well as in matters before the labor commissioner, EEOC, and state departments of human rights. Ms. Pinske defends employers in connection with employment discrimination claims and wage and hour class actions, and she conducts workplace investigations.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she practiced employment law in Minnesota, where she represented companies in employment litigation matters and advised clients on workplace issues.
Ms. Pinske received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2001 and her B.A., summa cum laude, in Spanish from Concordia College in 1997.
Ms. Pinske is admitted to practice in California.
