Marilyn S. Cayce is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Cayce focuses her practice on matters involving toxic torts, pharmaceutical, and products liability litigation. She practices before state and federal courts and has worked on complex commercial litigation, products liability, healthcare litigation, internal investigations, SEC/DOJ investigations, qui tam proceedings, Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement actions, and e-discovery matters. Ms. Cayce has represented Fortune 500 companies, including those from the energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, tobacco, and medical industries.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Cayce was counsel in the litigation department and the health law section of a large international law firm.
Ms. Cayce received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 1981 and her B.A. in French and international relations from Tulane University in 1978.
Ms. Cayce is admitted to practice in Texas and Louisiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
