Marc A. Liverant is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Mr. Liverant represents institutional lenders, developers, owners and operators in all aspects of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on land acquisition, finance, construction, leasing, management and sales.

Mr. Liverant has extensive experience in negotiation and documentation of real property purchase and sale agreements; industrial, retail and commercial leases (including ground leases and master leases); easements; option agreements; joint venture agreements; management agreements and construction documents. He also has extensive experience with complex conduit and portfolio mortgage loans secured by industrial, office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Mr. Liverant received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 1999, his M.B.A. in legal studies from Temple University in 1999 and his B.S., high distinction, in accounting and international business from Pennsylvania State University in 1996.

Mr. Liverant is admitted to practice in California, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
