John H. Dolan is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice of Morgan Lewis. Mr. Dolan represents private and public employers in all aspects of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment litigation. He has experience defending single and multiplaintiff cases, as well as class action cases, with a particular focus in wage and hour litigation.
Attorneys in the Labor and Employment Practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.
Mr. Dolan received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2006, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and was named outstanding oral advocate. Mr. Dolan received his B.A., cum laude, in Chinese and political science from Swarthmore College in 2001. In both his junior and senior years, he was ranked as high as fourth in the nation among collegiate debaters and also served as chief judge of the American Parliamentary Debate Association's National Championships.
