Lauren S. Kim is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Kim focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, including various forms of employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair competition and labor code issues. She also currently represents several large companies in wage and hour class and collective action litigation matters involving overtime violations, missed meal periods, and expense reimbursement issues. Ms. Kim has also handled a wide variety of arbitrations and mediations for diverse clients.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Kim was a litigation associate at a large international law firm, where she represented several Fortune 500 and public companies focusing on employment matters.

Ms. Kim earned her J.D. from Cornell University Law School in 1999, where she was an editor for the Cornell Law Review. She earned her B.A., with honors, from Stanford University in 1995.

Ms. Kim is admitted to practice in California and New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
