I. Clay Rogers is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Rogers focuses his practice on matters involving complex commercial litigation, including business torts, antitrust, contracts, UCC, lender liability, real property, environmental torts, and products liability. He practices before both state and federal courts.

Mr. Rogers has a background in accounting and has advised clients on complex commercial disputes. He has been a C.P.A. since 1979. Mr. Rogers has defended energy companies, chemical manufacturing companies, companies in the hospitality industry, and title companies. He has a trial background and has been involved in cases with damage claims ranging in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Rogers was senior counsel in the Litigation Department of a full-service international law firm.

Mr. Rogers received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1990 and his B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University in 1977.

Mr. Rogers is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Texas; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
