Jill M. Bartow

Jill M. Bartow is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Bartow focuses her practice on all areas of equity compensation programs for public and private companies. She regularly counsels clients on domestic and international tax, securities, and other legal implications related to equity compensation programs. She also provides counseling with respect to Section 16 reporting, executive compensation issues related to mergers and acquisitions, parachute tax issues, and employment and severance agreements.

Ms. Bartow received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004 and her B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University in 1999.

Ms. Bartow is admitted to practice in California.
