Kimberley E. Lunetta is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Lunetta represents employers in a range of labor and employment law matters before federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies. Ms. Lunetta regularly counsels employers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including the accommodation of employee disabilities and medical leaves, harassment claims, employee disciplinary issues, individual and group termination decisions, and reductions-in-force. She has conducted internal investigations into various harassment and discrimination claims and negotiated employment, noncompete, and separation agreements. Ms. Lunetta also has provided sexual harassment and antidiscrimination training for management and human resources personnel.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Lunetta was an associate in the labor and employment group of a large national firm in Florham Park, New Jersey. Prior to pursuing her legal career, Ms. Lunetta was a financial advisor, concentrating her practice on the financial planning needs of stock option holders, retirees, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
Ms. Lunetta received her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2005 and her B.A. in psychology from George Mason University in 1991.
Ms. Lunetta is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York; and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
