Jason M. Leo is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Mr. Leo's experience includes wage and hour actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Leo served as a law clerk to Judge Karla R. Spaulding of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Leo was an associate at a Chicago law firm.
Mr. Leo earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2003. While in law school, he authored and published an article that was cited by the Minnesota Court of Appeals and was a finalist in a National Moot Court Competition. Mr. Leo received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Saint John's University.
