Selected Representations

  • Served as lead trial counsel for a major chemical company pursuing a breach of contract claim against a biomanufacturer. At the conclusion of the four-day trial, Ms. Hoffman secured a unanimous verdict for the client in excess of the amount requested.
  • Defended a leading telecommunications company at a six-week trial in a multimillion-dollar breach of contract dispute.
  • Represented a sports franchise against a television network in a breach of contract dispute. Won summary judgment in the case, which revolved around the interpretation of a termination clause in the parties' broadcast rights agreement.
  • Successfully defended a national telecommunications provider in a fraud case.
  • Advised a leading international provider of energy and environment solutions in a breach of contract case.
  • Represented a technology company in a bid protest before the General Accounting Office (GAO) related to a multi-million dollar contract award from the Department of Homeland Security.
