Lutz Hans Krosien is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Krosien focuses his practice on German takeover law as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Krosien held jurist positions with a United Nations organization in Turkey, a German industrial association, and the German public administration.

Mr. Krosien passed his second state exam in Hessen. During his legal training period from 1987 to 1990, he served for six months at the Delegation of the German Economy for Turkey in Istanbul. He studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main, where he passed his first state exam in 1987. Mr. Krosien is fluent in German, English, and Turkish.

Mr. Krosien is admitted to practice in Germany.
