Brian Lowenberg

Associate

Brian Lowenberg is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Lowenberg focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation, product liability, premises liability, environmental regulations, and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Lowenberg practiced for more than two years at a litigation boutique firm, where he focused on toxic torts and premises liability defense. He also was local counsel for a renewable energy company based in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Lowenberg earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004, where he was the recipient of the Jordan Paust Award for Excellence in Writing. While in law school, he was the case notes and comments editor for the Houston Journal of International Law, served as a justice on the University's honor court, and worked as a judicial intern for Judge Marcia A. Crone of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He earned his B.A., with honors, in international affairs and politics from Trinity University in 2001.

Mr. Lowenberg is admitted to practice in Texas.
