John C. Funderburk

John C. Funderburk is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Funderburk was an associate at a national law firm, where he defended oil companies in oilfield contamination litigation, complex commercial litigation, and mass tort litigation.

Mr. Funderburk earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2005, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. He earned his B.A. in history from Spring Hill College in 1999.

Mr. Funderburk is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
